1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 366jl online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by 366jl Gaming Corporation ("366jl", "we", "us", or "our"), a company duly registered and licensed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any services provided by 366jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have created.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the services provided by 366jl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 366jl strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension or closure.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling and that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The 366jl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You agree not to access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location and to close accounts of users who access the Platform from restricted territories.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 366jl Platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on the 366jl Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Email address
• Physical address within the Philippines
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify 366jl of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication when available

366jl shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Verification Requirements

366jl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and residential address at any time. Such documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (screenshot of GCash account, bank statement, or credit card details)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account functionality, and may lead to account suspension or closure.

3.4 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts under different names or identities
• Allowing any other person to use your account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate games
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in bad faith
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

366jl accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 366jl reserves the right to reverse any deposits made from payment sources not belonging to the account holder and to close the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 5 to 60 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 24 to 72 hours for bank transfers.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. 366jl reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account verification status, transaction history, and payment method.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits associated with bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

4.4 Fees and Charges

366jl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 366jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

366jl may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and must be read carefully before participating.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior related to promotions is strictly prohibited. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting patterns or strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms
• Making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity to abuse cashback offers

366jl reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts of players engaging in bonus abuse.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

366jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, players will be notified and any active bonuses will be handled in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 366jl Platform is governed by specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or accessible through the game information section. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by all applicable game rules.

6.2 Fair Play

All games on the 366jl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, 366jl's decision based on server logs and transaction records shall be final.

6.3 Irregular Play

366jl reserves the right to investigate and take action against irregular play patterns, including but not limited to:

• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions
• Use of automated betting systems or bots
• Collusion with other players or dealers
• Late betting after results are known
• Abusive or disruptive behavior in live dealer games or chat functions

Irregular play may result in bet cancellation, confiscation of winnings, and account suspension or termination.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, server errors, or communication failures that affect game outcomes, 366jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 366jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 366jl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Platform
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Frame or mirror any Platform content on any other website or platform

Unauthorized use of 366jl intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 366jl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game outcomes

In no event shall 366jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 366jl Platform or services, you must first contact our Customer Support team through live chat, email, or phone. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

9.2 Internal Resolution Process

All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and responded to within ten (10) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Customer Support, you may escalate your complaint to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint via email.

9.3 Regulatory Authority

If your dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal resolution process, you may contact PAGCOR's regulatory division for assistance. PAGCOR's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

9.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

10. Termination of Service

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 366jl account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and verification requirements.

10.2 Account Suspension or Termination by 366jl

366jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular gaming activity
• Multiple failed payment transactions or chargebacks
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Abusive behavior toward 366jl staff or other players
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months

In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, 366jl reserves the right to confiscate any funds in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
